Seasonal Rates

RATES BASED ON  4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
(1/2 Day Fee for Early/Late Check- in/out if available)

Rates vary by season from $200 to $350 per night and cover 2 adults, and one child.

Policies

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION:

There will be a onetime cleaning fee of $150. A refundable Security/Damage of $250.00 ($500.00 for 3 weeks or longer) will be due at the time of reservation.
The Damage/Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after departure and after inspection of condo for damages or loss of items.
If cancellation is necessary, it is required 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in value season, and 90 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in high/peak season.
An administration fee of $100.00 will be charged if cancellations are made less than the 60/90 days prior to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments will be retained.
If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rate refund will be issued less the administration fee of $100.00.

Half of the total amount is due at the time of reservation and the other half one month before the arrival date. Payments can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
A credit card must be on file to refund the security/damage deposit if there is no damage and it will be charged if there will be excess cleaning and related expenses.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Our check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
Due to housekeeping requirements, we do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs or early check-ins. Be sure to keep this in mind when making your flight arrangements.
If during your stay extra cleaning is required it can be arranged for an additional fee.
If you are in the vacation rental before 4:00 PM on your arrival day or after 11:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.

NO SMOKING
The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. Our unit is subject to this law. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
